WebSMS2u - Anti-spam Policy
WebSMS2u subscribes to an Anti-Spam policy for all its communication protocols. This means that we do not condone unsolicited messages, notifications, alerts or any message that you may receive from someone who should not have your address or mobile number.
If you have received an unsolicited message, which you would like to report to WebSMS2u, you can easily insert your number into our Anti-spam blacklist to avoid receiving any messages sent by our clients through our gateway.
Instructions to ADD yourself to our Anti-Spam list:
Compose an SMS from your mobile phone that says "STOP SMS" or "SMS BLOCK"
Send the Message to 32355
Wait for automated confirmation message to inform you of the successful block
You will no longer receive any messages from our system as long as you are on this list
Instructions to REMOVE yourself from our Anti-spam list:
Compose an SMS from your mobile phone that says "SMS UNBLOCK"
Send the Message to 32355
Wait for automated confirmation message to inform you of the successful removal
You will be able to receive any messages sent out from our system
Important:
All requests to ADD or REMOVE to 32355 have a basic charge of RM0.30 per message. This charge is used to cover telco charges as well as avoid users from simply subscribing and unscribing to the anti-spam list.
Request to ADD or REMOVE has to be done through your handphone to 32355. Request sent through email or telephone cannot be honoured as a safety measure against fraudulent notifications. By accepting requests from the affected handphone (mobile number), we are guaranteed the authenticity of the message.
